I had an amazing stay at the Mercure Kochi Tosa Resort & Spa! The location offered very nice ocean views, and the onsen was one of the best I've experienced. The breakfast and dinner buffets were excellent, providing a lot of variety. However, the wifi was unreliable, and my room had a slight smokey odor, which detracted from the experience a bit.
